1. General Provisions1.1. These Rules are the official document of the Limited Liability Company “Web Infrastructure” (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration), and define the procedure for the processing and protection of information about individuals who use the services of Webinfra.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and its services (hereinafter referred to as Users).
1.2. The purpose of these Rules is to ensure proper protection of user information, including personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3. Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of Site Users’ information are governed by these Rules, other official documents of the Site Administration, and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.4. The current version of these Rules, as a public document, is available to any user. The Site Administration may make changes to these Rules. When changes are made, the Site Administration notifies users by posting the new version on the site no later than 10 days before the changes take effect. Previous versions are retained in the Administration’s documentation archive.
1.5. These Rules are developed and used in accordance with the Site’s Terms of Use. In case of conflicts between these Rules and other official Site documents, these Rules shall prevail.
1.6. By registering and using the Site, the User expresses consent to the terms of these Rules.
1.7. If the User does not agree with these Rules, use of the Site and its services must be immediately discontinued.
1.8. If, according to law, separate User consent is required for processing personal data in connection with use of the Site, such consent is requested only for Site usage. A single consent for all social networks and interaction platforms is not allowed.2. Conditions of Site Use
2.1. By providing Site services, the Site Administration, acting reasonably and in good faith, assumes that the User:• has all necessary rights to register and use the Site;
• provides accurate personal information required to use the Site services;
• understands that information they post may be accessible to other Site Users and Internet users, and may be copied and distributed;
• understands that some user-posted information cannot be deleted by the User;
• has read these Rules, agrees to them, and accepts the rights and obligations described.
2.2. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of collected user information except when needed to fulfill obligations to the user.3. Purpose of Information Processing
3.1. The Site Administration processes User information, including personal data, to fulfill its obligations related to the use of the Site and its services.4. Composition of User Information
4.1. Personal Data of Users includes:
4.1.1. Personal details provided during registration: name, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number and/or email address;
4.1.2. Additional personal details added via the profile editing section (e.g., marital status, place of birth, family ties, home address, education);
4.1.3. Additional data requested by the Administration to fulfill service agreements—e.g., identity document copies or other identifying information.
4.2. Other User Information processed includes:4.2.1. Technical data from device and site interaction (e.g., IP address, OS, browser type, geolocation, ISP, address book, camera/microphone access) and user activity history (viewable in Settings/Security);
4.2.2. Cookie-based automatic data;
4.2.3. Content posted by users outside their profile (statuses, photos, audio, video, comments);
4.2.4. Information from user actions (e.g., group participation, friend link actions, media uploads, event attendance) visible to friends;
4.2.5. Other users’ interactions (e.g., tags on media);
4.2.6. For mobile app features using virtual masks (ARKit), the Administration uses real-time facial tracking but does not collect or store facial data—only accesses camera image for mask overlay.5. User Information Processing
5.1. Personal data processing is based on principles of legality, fairness, specificity, relevance, and non-combination of incompatible databases.5.1.1. Personal data is processed to fulfill the service agreement. Under Russian Federal Law No. 152‑FZ, separate user consent is not required.
5.1.2. Personal data is collected during registration or user-initiated profile updates.
5.1.3. Personal data is stored on electronic media and processed via automated systems, except where manual processing is legally required.
5.1.4. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as provided by these Rules.
– Data may be shared with contractors with user consent, under confidentiality conditions.
– Third‑party apps are independent; their actions are governed by the Administration’s “App Placement Terms.”
– Data may be provided to government authorities as required by law.
– Data may be used for service improvement, user surveys, and analytics—through consent given by user interaction.
– Registration/authorization constitutes agreement to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
– User consents to data exchange with service tools and partners per their account settings.
5.1.5. Personal data is deleted upon:
– User self-deletion of profile data;
– User deleting their account via Settings;
– Administration removing data per terms of use.
Deleted data is retained for legally required periods. Users may restore their account within 210 days of deletion.5.2. User understands posted information may be visible to others per site architecture and settings. Admin provides technical/organizational tools to control privacy.6. Rights and Responsibilities of Users
6.1. Users have the right to:6.1.1. Access and download their profile data with login credentials;
6.1.2. Set privacy levels for personal data (see 6.3);
6.1.3. Edit their profile with accurate and current info;
6.1.4. Delete profile information;
6.1.5. Request data correction, blocking, or deletion if data is outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained;
6.1.6. Request information about their personal data processing.
6.2. The following user data is always visible to registered users:– name and surname;
– birth date, profile photo, city, educational info if provided;
– subscriptions and followers;
– friend list (except hidden lists).
6.3. Privacy settings:
6.3.1. For personal data/users’ content, privacy levels include: visible to all users; exclude certain users; friends of friends; friends only; some friends; friend lists; only user.
6.3.2. For publicly posted info (see 6.2), privacy options include: visible to all Internet users (indexable); Site Users only; visible online but not indexed.
6.3.3. Administration is not responsible for data exposure based on user settings.
6.3.4. Deleting data or account does not affect copies saved by other users.
6.3.5. Users can preview their profile as others see it.
6.4. User determines access conditions for personal data; Administration does not influence or aim for its distribution. Processing of publicly visible data complies with these Rules and Terms of Use.7. Information Protection Measures
7.1. Administration implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, etc.
7.2. Login (email/phone) and password protect accounts; users must keep them safe and confidential.
7.3. For added security, mobile phone linking is used. Users must provide phone numbers. SMS recovery codes are sent for lost credentials.
– Login attempts from suspicious servers trigger phone verification; three wrong attempts block access for 4 hours.
– Phone calls may be used for verification; with user permission, call history may be accessed to auto-enter codes.
7.4. Users can view authorization times/devices via "Activity History" in Settings/Security.8. Scope Limitations
8.1. These Rules do not apply to third-party actions/resources.8.2. Administration is not responsible for third‑party disclosure based on user-set privacy. Users are advised to be cautious.9. User Inquiries
9.1. Users can send requests, including personal data usage requests, in writing or electronically signed, to
support@Webinfra.ru.com.
9.2. Requests must include:
– identity document number;
– document issue date and issuing authority;
– proof of user relationship (e.g., user ID or subdomain);
– user’s or representative’s signature.
9.3. Administration will respond within 30 days of receipt.
9.4. All user correspondence is confidential and not disclosed without written consent, except as required by law or request subject.1. General Provisions
